NextGen Ballers is a CIRI initiative that uses football, education, and life‑skills training to support the reintegration and empowerment of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon. The project provides a safe, inclusive environment where displaced and vulnerable youths alongside Francophone peers can heal, learn, and grow through sports‑based psychosocial support, academic reinforcement, and community engagement. Operating from its center in Douala and establishing a new incubation center in Bamenda, NextGen Ballers promotes social cohesion, resilience, and long‑term youth development.
