Job Description

Summary of Position:

We are currently hiring for a full-time Warehouse Picker at our ProCraft Cabinetry Phoenix location. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, loading, and unloading containers, as well as operating a forklift as needed. While forklift experience is preferred, we provide detailed on-the-job training to all team members to ensure all tasks are performed comfortably and safely. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Please note that this role also requires flexibility for cross-training across the general production line and warehouse based on company needs.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage pick ticket orders from start to finish while being timely and accurate.
  • Pull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure that orders are picked without damages.
  • Stage items correctly for production, if required.
  • Operate equipment safely damage
  • Assists with stock replenishment.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with cabinet fabrication, terminology, or similar industry experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • ProCraft will train employees to drive forklifts. 
  • Picker will work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible and hard-working with an open mind to learn.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Diligent and punctual. GOOD ATTENDANCE IS ESSENTIAL.
  • Be in good physical condition. Must be able to lift +50 pounds regularly.
  • Be flexible and open to new procedures and cross-training through departments, which are required and requested by Upper Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19-$30/hour depending on qualifications and experience, and added value to the company department

Schedule: 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday, starting 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
