In the role of Specification Specialist I, we'll count on you to:
  • Prepare design development and contract document specifications for engineering projects while ensuring compatibility with drawings and/or technical conditions
  • Work independently as part of project team to write and edit technical specifications in compliance with project requirements, acceptable standards and existing laws, rules, regulations, and codes
  • Prepare bid sheets, measurement and payment sections of specifications, and assist with general and special conditions
  • Perform other duties as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
