Landscape Operations Manager (NOT Entry Level) – $65K–$75K + Bonus + Company Vehicle

REQUIRED: Landscaping / Lawn Maintenance / Snow Experience

ACE Outdoor Services is hiring a Landscape Operations Manager to lead crews, drive production, and take full ownership.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the industry, can manage people, and deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage 20+ employees across multiple crews
• Oversee daily operations (schedule, production, quality, profitability)
• Coordinate with Field Managers to execute jobs efficiently
• Manage materials, equipment, and job logistics
• Handle employee performance, attendance, and accountability
• Resolve customer issues professionally and quickly
• Support crews in the field when needed
• Lead safety, training, and team development
• Manage snow operations during winter (dispatch + crew coordination)

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 5+ years in landscaping / lawn maintenance operations
• 5+ years managing teams (20+ employees preferred)
• Experience with heavy equipment operations, trailers, and job site coordination
• Strong leadership and accountability mindset
• Valid Driver’s License (must meet DOT requirements)
• Ability to work long/flexible hours in peak season
