# Role Overview
We are seeking independent Technical Recruiters to help us hire software engineers (junior to senior level) across:
* United States
* Ireland
* Cyprus
* Singapore
* Arab countries (UAE / Saudi Arabia preferred)
* Japan
* Philippines
This is a **non-exclusive, success-based opportunity**.
# Responsibilities
* Source and identify qualified software engineering candidates
* Screen candidates for technical background and communication ability
* Coordinate interviews with our internal team
* Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups
* Ensure smooth hiring process until onboarding
# Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years experience in technical recruiting
* Proven track record placing software engineers
* Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn, job boards, networks)
* Familiar with remote hiring processes
* Excellent communication skills
Experience hiring in one or more of the listed regions is a strong advantage.
# Compensation
* Success-based commission per hire
* Flat fee or percentage of first-year salary (negotiable)
* Payment after candidate successfully completes 30 days
* Replacement guarantee required (30–60 days preferred)
# Hiring Volume
We plan to hire **at least two engineers per country**, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
