Position Summary:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support key initiatives focused on process standardization, employee experience, and data-driven decision making within our HR function. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations while contributing to meaningful, high-impact projects that enhance how we serve our employees and leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in HR transformation, analytics, and operational excellence within a dynamic business environment.  

 

Key Projects:  

  1. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Development  

  • Partner with HR team members to document, streamline, and standardize critical HR processes  

  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance  

  • Create clear, user-friendly SOP documentation aligned with best practices  

  1. Onboarding Experience & Documentation  

  • Support the redesign and enhancement of onboarding materials and workflows  

  • Ensure documentation reflects a seamless and engaging new hire experience (Day 1, Week 1, and beyond) 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align onboarding content with business needs  

  1. HR Dashboard & Data Mindset  

  • Assist in building and maintaining HR dashboards that provide insights into key people metrics  

  • Translate data into meaningful insights to support decision-making  

  • Promote a data-driven culture by improving visibility and accessibility of HR metrics  

  1. HR SharePoint Revamp  

  • Redesign and enhance the HR SharePoint page to improve usability and employee engagement  

  • Organize content to ensure easy navigation and access to HR resources  

  • Align structure and content with HR priorities and employee needs  

 

What Success Looks Like :  

  • SOPs are standardized, accessible, and adopted by HR team members  

  • Onboarding materials are modern, consistent, and positively received by new hires  

  • HR dashboard provides clear, actionable insights used by HR and business leaders  

  • SharePoint site is intuitive, engaging, and becomes a go-to resource for employees  

 

Qualification Requirements:  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field  

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail  

  • Analytical mindset with interest in data, reporting, and insights  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint is a plus  

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information  

  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
