#WeAreHiring: Farm Manager Opportunity in Agriculture

Our client, a leading U.S. based family owned company in crop production, is seeking a Dedicated Experienced Farm Manager to oversee comprehensive farm operations in Jalisco MX-from planting through to harvest. This role demands a strong understanding of U.S. food safety regulations and strict compliance with all relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily farm activities ensuring smooth operations

* Ensure adherence to all food safety standards and regulations

* Ability to comply with all safety regulations in crop production

Ideal candidates will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have strong ties to Mexico, preferably from or with family connections to Jalisco. U.S. Candidates originally from Mexico who are willing to relocate back to oversee farming operations will be highly considered. This position may be seasonal or year-round, with details to be finalized.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in berry crop production

* Have a proven background in farm management

* Valid passport and eligibility to obtain an international work visa

* Fluency in both English and Spanish

* Must currently reside in the U.S. and be willing to work in Mexico
