About the Role
This is not a back-office seat.
This is a full-desk executive search career track built for someone polished, disciplined, emotionally intelligent, and ready to develop real consulting and recruiting muscle.
You’ll learn executive search from the inside out — not through theory, but through daily exposure to senior HR leaders, CHROs, and business executives. You’ll help shape candidate pipelines, run sourcing strategies, participate in client conversations, and eventually lead your own searches.
