Overview:
The EUC Release Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of releases across the End User Computing (EUC) environment, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end release lifecycle for EUC applications and platforms
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for release planning
• Ensure proper testing, validation, and sign-offs before production deployment
• Implement and enforce change management and release governance processes
• Identify risks, develop rollback strategies, and ensure contingency planning
• Monitor post-release performance and resolve any deployment issues
• Maintain release documentation and audit compliance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in release and change management (ITIL framework preferred)
• Hands-on exposure to EUC environments (Windows, VDI, desktop management)
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
