We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting project managers and teams by ensuring that projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within scope. 

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate project schedules, organize meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and update project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate project activities.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
