Key Responsibilities - Perform framing, finish carpentry, and interior/exterior construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Work safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites.
- Correct or notify leadership of any unsafe condition
- Coordinate with supervisors and trades to meet project schedules
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Support apprentices and entry-level carpenters when needed

Skills/Education/Experience - Construction experience
- Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $25 - $38/hour
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package.
