We are seeking a... Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional beverage service rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through both service and craft.

The Bartender works closely with the front-of-house team and leadership to ensure a seamless bar experience, maintaining high standards in beverage preparation, guest engagement, and overall bar operations—while upholding Lyle’s culture, mission, and service philosophy.

Bartender – Essential Functions

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
  • Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, creating a welcoming bar experience
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization are maintained at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow
  • Process orders and handle transactions accurately

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus

Compensation

$10.00 per hour
