Job Description

We’re hiring a Baker to lead daily pastry, bread, and general dough production. Great opportunity for anyone looking to experiment and have an opportunity to work with southeast Asian flavors in funky and different ways. 

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, pasta, and other items according to recipes and standards
• Measure, mix, proof, and bake with accuracy and consistency
• Manage prep and production timelines to meet daily needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station
• Monitor product quality and adjust as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and storage of ingredients

• Prior baking or pastry experience required
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
• Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Team-oriented with a positive, focused attitude
• Solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation

• $20.00–$26.00/hour , based on experience
